Drinks Packages

 

We can create a drinks package to suit your event.  Whether you would like one or a number of the following:

 

On Arrival

 

Bottles of Beer

First Drink (Served from Bar)

Sparkling Prosecco or Champagne

Sparkling Pink Champagne and Strawberries

 

With Your Meal

 

Glass or Red or White Wine

Bottles of Red or White on the Table

Soft Drinks

 

For The Toast

 

Sparkling Prosecco or Champagne

Sparkling Rose Wine

Sparkling Pink Champagne and Strawberries

 

Drinks Packages add an extra element to your celebrations and are always appreciated by your guests.

Information

 

Deposits:

A deposit is required for all function bookings. Provisional bookings are held for maximum of 14 days. Your booking is not guaranteed until we receive a deposit. Payment can be made online, over the phone or in person at the Milan Bar.

 

Cancellations & Numbers Changes:

Buffets - Numbers can be changed up to 14 days before the event date. Full deposit amount can only be refunded if your confirmed date can be re-sold by the establishment for use by another party. 

Set Menus - individual per person deposits can be refunded with at least 14 days notice prior to the event date. Full deposit amount can only be refunded if your confirmed date can be re-sold by the establishment for use by another party.

 

Dietary & Allergy Requirements:

We can cater for people with dietary requirements and allergies; please notify us in advance. Vegetarians and Vegans can be catered for.

 

Menu Packages:

All menu item and prices are subject to change should there be significant shifts in wholesale price and/or seasonal availability.

 

Nut Allergies / Raw or Undercooked Foods:

Due to the presence of nuts in some of our dishes, we cannot guarantee the absence of nut traces in any of our dishes. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase the risk of food bourne illness. We do not knowingly use any GM ingredients.

 

Taking Foods Off The Premises:

Lees Bacaro Ltd can take no liability for any illness caused as a result of buffet or menu food taken off the premises after a function, as we cannot guarantee it is being stored at the recommended temperatures by the FS Agency. Forms are available to take food off-site & must be completed before doing so.

 

On payment of your deposit you are agreeing to all the above terms & conditions.
