All our afternoon teas are individually prepared on the day therefore;
We require 24 hours notice to book.
Refunds cannot be given without a minimum of 24 hours notice.
For Afternoon Teas a pre-authorised deposit is required to confirm your reservation.(The deposit is not taken from any account).

We require a minimum of 24hrs notice to cancel.
If we do not receive 24hrs notice your card will be charged at £10pp.
In the case of no cancellation/no show full payment will be due.
You can book Afternoon Teas online for parties up to 12.
For groups over 12, please email us at bookings@vinebars.co.uk and we will be happy to help organise your party for you.
Please note you must be 18years old or over to book a table for drinks
Young People 16 and 17 years old and children are permitted in Vine at certain times please check our website for our policy on Children in Vine.
