Smoking or vaping indoors is strictly prohibited.

Violators will be asked to stop or exit the restaurant.

Reducing your party size within 48 hours of your reservation or arriving with fewer guests will result in a £10 per person charge

Our Dress Code is Smart-Casual

We ask that the general look does not appear too sporty. 

I.E NO - Tracksuits/Joggers/Football shirts /sport shorts/workwear/baseball caps /flip flops & sandals. 

This applies to all customers and staff reserve the right to refuse entry regardless of any bookings you may have made. 

Privacy Policy

1. No Smoking or Vaping Policy

• Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, hookah, and similar products) is strictly prohibited inside the restaurant premises.

• The use of electronic cigarettes, vapes, or any similar devices is also not permitted indoors.

• Guests who wish to smoke may do so only in designated outdoor smoking areas.

• Anyone found smoking or vaping inside will be politely asked to stop.

• Repeated violations or refusal to comply will result in being asked to leave the premises immediately.

2. Alcohol & Behavior

• Alcohol is served responsibly and only to guests 18 years or older (with valid ID).

• Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.

• Disorderly, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other guests will not be tolerated and may lead to removal from the restaurant.

3. Dress Code & Cleanliness

• Guests are expected to dress neatly and appropriately for a family-friendly dining environment.

• Shirts and shoes are required at all times.

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed, unless pre-approved by management (e.g., for birthday cakes or dietary needs).

4. Safety & Property

• Please keep personal belongings secure; Mazzo Restaurant is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• For safety reasons, running, shouting, or disruptive conduct is not allowed.

• Any damage to restaurant property—intentional or accidental—must be reported immediately to management. Guests may be liable for damages.

5. Respect for Staff & Other Guests

• Our team strives to provide exceptional service. Verbal or physical abuse toward staff or other guests will result in immediate removal and, if necessary, further action.

• Constructive feedback is always welcome and can be shared with the manager on duty or through our feedback channels.

6. Compliance

• By entering Mazzo Restaurant, all guests agree to follow these policies.

• Management reserves the right to amend policies at any time and to refuse service or entry to anyone not complying.
