You have been allocated a table until for this booking.
Thank you for booking online with us at The Tiny Thai. We would be very grateful if you could please read our guidance below, before your arrival, relating to our restaurant’s safety procedures and guidelines, which have been created for your health and comfort.
These new guidelines allow us to reopen for seated service, and provide you with the best Tiny Thai experience possible. Although some things are different to pre-COVID-19, with your help and understanding we are confident of a positive, happy dining experience.
Bookings
We prefer online bookings, this allows us to plan and make your visit a fulfilling experience and to stagger the times for guests’ arrival at the restaurant. This helps our kitchen and reduces any crowding. However, we understand online booking is not always possible so we do have 1 or 2 small tables available for walk in only. These tables are not reservable.
Pre-authorised payment
A pre-authorised payment may be registered on your card at the time of booking. Your card details are automatically deleted when you leave the restaurant after your visit, with no payment actually taken from this pre-authorised payment, if your booking is honoured and paid for in full.
Cancellations - 48 hours notice is required, any cancellations within this time will be charged. Please note that we are unable to transfer this charge to a take-away/click and collect order.
Menu
We have worked hard to ensure a rich selection of amazing Tiny Thai dishes to suit all your adventurous and favourite choices.
Please view our menu (www.thetinythai.co.uk) so that you can come prepared with your choices. This will help to minimise your ordering time and maximise your enjoyment of The Tiny Thai.
Children
We are sorry, but we are unable to accommodate young children (under 12) after 7pm. Please book onto our 5pm sitting if you have young children.
You are strictly responsible for supervising your child in the restaurant, that they remain seated, unless accompanied to the toilet.
Hygiene
Please sanitise your hands on entry to the restaurant. Please do not enter the restaurant if you feel unwell.
Distancing
Please respect the 2m social distancing where possible, and 1m+ otherwise, according to the current government guidelines. Please avoid touching or leaning on any surfaces unnecessarily.
Paying your bill
We will issue one bill per table and politely request that only one transaction per table is made. Please arrange the bill payer for your table, prior to arrival.
Tips
Cash for tips can now be accepted. We do not include a service charge unless you are a large group booking (7+). Large groups do require some extra work for our team therefore a 10% service charge will be added to your bill.
For all other diners, to ensure that staff continue to benefit, a service charge can be added to your bill on request. Tips are shared equally between all staff on that shift.
Takeaway
If you decide not to dine in, a selection of our menu is available as click and collect. Please see www.thetinythai.co.uk and hit click and collect on our homepage.Takeaway collection slots are limited and are available for advance booking after midnight for the next day's service. Slots are between 5 and 9pm.
