You have been allocated a table until for this booking.
We only allow a 15 minute grace period when a customer is running late without contacting us. If with no communication from the customer and a late arrival to the table past the 15 minutes grace period the table can then be give away. We require a minimum of 24hrs notice to book afternoon tea with a pre paid non refundable deposit of £5 per person. If cancellation due to illness the booking can be moved and the deposit rolled over to the future booking but if you require to cancel your afternoon tea booking or make any changes to the party size it must be done before 9.30am that day. The deposit will be lost if cancelled on the day. If we are not informed of a party size change before 9.30am of the day of the booking, we will require you to pay the full amount of the party size. All our afternoon teas are made fresh to order and we need to be informed about party size changes ahead of time. Fathers day & Mothers Day require non refundable deposit to secure a table which will be a £5 deposit for tables of 1-4 people & £10 for tables of 5-8 people.
