The Fox Pub & Kitchen – Terms & ConditionsAt The Fox Pub & Kitchen, we aim to provide every guest with an enjoyable and memorable experience. To ensure smooth operations for both our guests and our team, we kindly ask that all customers observe the following terms and conditions when booking or dining with us:Reservations1. Booking Confirmation• All reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed at the time of booking.• For larger groups, a deposit may be required to secure the booking.2. Arrival Time• Please arrive promptly for your booking. Tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes after the reserved time, unless prior notice has been given.Cancellations & Amendments1. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your booking.• Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in the loss of any deposit paid or a cancellation fee being applied.2. 1-Hour Notice Policy• We kindly ask for at least 1 hour’s notice if your booking needs to be amended (e.g., change in numbers, arrival time, or special requests).• This allows us to manage our seating and kitchen service effectively.No-Shows• Guests who do not arrive for their booking without providing notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or may forfeit their deposit.General Policies1. Service & Conduct• We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.2. Allergens & Dietary Requirements• Please inform our team of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking or ordering. While every effort is made to accommodate, we cannot guarantee against trace allergens.3. Deposits & Payments• For special events, peak times, or large party bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required.• All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.4. Children• Children are welcome; however, they must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.5. Dogs• Well-behaved dogs are welcome in designated areas of the pub. Owners are responsible for their pets at all times.Event & Private Hire Bookings• Separate terms may apply for private functions, events, and large group bookings.
