Church House Inn, Marldon – Booking Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing to dine with us! Please take a moment to review our guidelines before completing your reservation so we can give you and all our guests the best possible experience.

1. Planning Your Time

• Dining Limits: Tables for up to 4 guests are allocated 1.5 hours.
• More Time for Groups: Tables for over 4 guests are allocated a full 2 hours.
• Running Late: We hold tables for 15 minutes before releasing them to walk-ins.
• Late Starts: Arriving late will unfortunately shorten your time with us.

2. Cancellations and Big Groups

• Free Changes: Cancelling or amending your booking is always completely free.
• Notice Appreciated: Please give us 24 hours' notice if your plans change.
• Parties of 8+: Groups of 8 or more must book directly by phone or email.

3. Little Ones, Dogs, and Special Requests

• Include Everyone: Please include all babies and children in your final guest count.
• Prams & Highchairs: Tell us at checkout so we can choose a spacious table.
• Four-Legged Friends: Well-behaved dogs are welcome in our bar and garden.
• Restaurant Area: Dogs are not permitted in our formal restaurant dining room.
• Booking Notes: Leave a note for dog tables, severe allergies, or seating preferences
