By booking with us you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
To place a booking a deposit is required. The size of the deposit is determined by the party size, date, time and type of booking and is agreed by both parties when the booking is made. Deposits are non-refundable.
Failure to make payment before agreed date with the venue will result in the loss of your reserved table or area and the loss of your deposit. Canal Club do not store your personal information or card details, it is therefore your responsibility to contact us and ensure payment is made on time for your booking with us. Canal Club require a 48 hour notice period if any member of your booked party is no longer attending, if a deposit has been paid for a booking this won't be refunded but instead be provided back to your booked party in the form of a tab. No refunds will be given should you wish to cancel or amend your booking after this period including any extra items such as drinks packages, drinks vouchers etc.
Should you cancel your booking entirely or notify the venue that you wish to cancel your booking you will not recive a refund of any deposits paid. However, Canal Club are more than happy to re-arrange your booking for another event in the future along with moving any deposits paid (subject to availability). If you need to notify Canal Club of any members of your booked party that are unable to attend your booking, Canal Club require a 48 HOUR NOTICE PERIOD before your booking date. If notified within the 48 hour period of any dropouts from your booking, any deposits paid will be provided back as a tab on your existing booking. Letting the venue know of any members of your party unable to attend AFTER the 48 hour notice period before your booking date will result in a full loss of their deposit(s).
House Rules apply to all bookings. Management reserve the right to refuse entry without a refund. A booking does not guarantee entry into the venue. Should the door staff/management believe an individual to be heavily under the influence acting in an unacceptable manner before entering the premises, they will be refused entry.
After 7PM, due to licensing rules, guests must be 18 years or older (unless stated otherwise). Proof of age ID must be provided if asked for by a member of staff. If you are unable to provide valid ID then you will be refused and given no refund of any items purchased. If somebody refuses to take up their booking on the night due to a member of their party being refused entry, then they will not receive a refund of any kind. Once inside the venue, please adhere to the rules. Failure to comply will result in the ejection of the individual or the entire group with no refund provided.
