You may notice a few changes however our staff, our commitment to product quality and excellent service are still the same.

During your visit we kindly ask that everyone observe a few simple house guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable visit:

• Booking ahead is recommended to ensure there is a table waiting for you. Our standard booking allocation is 90 minutes, please ask when booking if you require more time at your table. Please keep to your allocated booking time for the convenience and safety of others.
• Sanitise your hands upon entry
• We will be collecting customer details for the purpose of NHS track and trace. These details will be destroyed after 21 days.  We have a QR code posted at the door to enable customers to check in via the Track & Trace App.
• Please adhere to all signage inside and outside the premises
• You must wear a mask or face covering at all times except when seated at your table.
• All service is table service for now. Please do not approach the bar for any reason.
• Adhere to social distancing guidance at all times.
• In line with new legislation, we can accommodate tables of up to 6 people indoors or outdoors from the same household or support bubble.
• No tables or chairs/stools are to be moved from their original positions.
• Guests must remain seated at their allocated table during their visit unless using the bathroom or exiting the pub
• Please be patient and show respect for our staff at all times
• We are following government guidance by using the one in one out rule for our bathrooms so if you need to use the bathroom you will need to let a member of staff know. Please use good bathroom etiquette and take the time to wash your hands
• Coats, umbrellas and bags will all have to be kept under your table, so please try to bring as little as possible with you into the building.
• Failure to follow guidance may result in immediate eviction from the premises.

Please note that your booking may be in the bar area or in the upstairs restaurant.  We are operating the same level of service and one menu 'The Best of Both' in the entire pub at the moment.

Table requests – whilst we will try to honour special request whenever possible, we can never promise particular tables to any guest under any circumstances.
Allergens - please notify us of any food allergies you or your other party guests may suffer from. We can never 100% guarantee our dishes do not contain traces of allergens.
Dress Code – smart casual

We will be constantly reviewing guidelines as well as our own processes and procedures with the hope that we can move towards a more relaxed environment.  In the meantime we appreciate your cooperation and respect for the above rules.
