Roasted Celeriac, Potato and Thyme Soup with thickened sour cream and fresh baked bread.

Posh prawn cocktail
Scottish Salmon and Prawn Rillette, horseradish, Heritage tomato and cucumber, classic Marie rose.

Proper old grub
Pressing of Old spot Ham Hock and Parsley, soft boiled egg, piccalilli.

Good old England
Breaded Cheshire cheese custard with new potatoes, spring onion, sun blushed tomato and mint with Yorkshire honey and Coleman’s mustard dressing.


Main Courses
Butter Roasted Norfolk Turkey Breast, cranberry and bacon stuffing, Old Spot pigs in blankets, thickened gravy made from all the juicy bits.

Deep pan crisp and even
12-Hour Braised Brisket of Yorkshire Beef, tarragon and tomato jus, spring onion creamed mash.

Fishy dishy on the pissy
Grilled Cornish Hake, saffron potatoes, leek, lobster, Loch fine mussel and Davenport Limney wine bisque.

Winter welli wonderland 
Roasted Winter Vegetable and Chestnut Wellington, parsnip velouté.

It’s just not Christmas!!
Chargrilled 8oz Yorkshire sirloin steak cooked how you like it with hand cut chips, sweet roast tomato and flat mushroom, peppercorn sauce. 
All served with roasted potatoes, brussel sprouts, honey-glazed carrots and parsnips
