Taste has designed a new food concept to modernise the Great British Buffet. We have taken the very trendy street food stalls and incorporated them into a way of dining for large numbers, our interactive tables can be dotted around the room of your party allowing guests to mingle and not have to Queue.

We have taken as many food sensations from around the world and created a live interactive theatre at each table.

Here are some of the themes we can do:

Cow boy shack: The Sloppy Joe, Cowboy cottage pie with sweet potato mash, the nacho salad.

 

Pop dogs: pork oak sausages with a selection of various fillings like, caramelised onions, sauerkraut, pulled pork, chilli, bacon, cheese. Crispy pork scratching’s, chorizo in spiced tomato, mustards and sauces.

 

Middle East grill: charcoal sizzling spiced chicken, lamb koftes, mezze dishes of humus, Tsatziki, babaganoush, feta, olives, dolmades, roasted vegetables and flat bread pittas.

 

Spanish Tapas: whole serrano carved at the table with Manchego cheese, olives, potato tortilla, potatas bravas, piquillo peppers, cured meats, chorizo in sherry, rustic breads.

 

Chicken and chip shack: chicken marinaded in Darjeeling brine then slow roasted, chunky chips, warldorf salad, sweet chilli sauce, ketchup and sour cream and chive.

 

The Indian spice: lamb kebabs, Bombay spiced potatoes, poppadum’s, onion bhajis, samosas, chicken masala, chutneys, raita and flat breads.

 

The cup cake: Vanilla cupcake with, strawberries and cream, vanilla buttercream, chocolate buttercream. Chocolate cupcake with, cookies and cream, mint choc chip, vanilla buttercream and chocolate buttercream.

 

The London Borough: Pie, Mash and liquor. Baked salt beef with pickles. Cauliflower and red Leicester bake, seasonal roasties, jellied eels, crusty breads.

 

The Paris: confit shoulder of lamb on potato boulangere, coq au vin, baked ratatouille, confit garlic pomme purée, Parisienne breads

 

The Marrakesh: spicy lamb tagine, grilled chicken with apricot couscous, Fish stew, lamb kebabs with a garlic yoghurt dip, courgette, haloumi and mint salad, flat bread and assorted dips
