3 course Christmas lunch £60 per head, £30 for children under 12 years old

Serving times: 12 noon until 4pm.

Starters

Trio of smoked fish, pickled cucumber, micro leaf, horseradish and pomegranate dressing.

King scallop, BBQ pork belly, roast onion and potato risotto.

Deep fried brie with beetroot cooked 3 ways.

Poached duck egg, black truffle, sautéed celeriac and mushroom.

Mug of French onion soup with gruyere and onion bits and bobs

 

Main Course

Roast turkey, glazed pigs in blankets, stuffing and cranberry gel.

Posh fish and chips, seabass, duck fat chips, tartare gel, pea crisp.

35 day aged beef fillet, oxtail pie, smoked bone marrow mash, red wine jus.

Duck breast, bubble and squeak, bacon and lentil broth.

Caramelised onion and beetroot tart, Horseradish snow.

Served with seasonal potatoes and vegetables

 

Dessert

Christmas pudding, rum custard, date ice cream.

Selection of cheese and biscuits, Celery, grapes and chutney.

Chocolate éclair 2018.

Roast apple and vanilla panna cotta with sweet chestnut.
