To secure your reservation, we take card details when you book. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to attend or cancel too late.
If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 2 hours before your booking time. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice, or any no-shows, will incur a £5 fee per guest in the booking.
All vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date they are issued.
