All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Varsity Warwick. Tables will be held for up to 15 minutes after the booked time; late arrival may result in reduced dining time or cancellation. Party size changes must be communicated as soon as possible and may affect table allocation. Pre-orders may be required for larger groups or busy periods and must be received by the agreed deadline. Deposits may be requested for certain bookings and are non-refundable outside the stated cancellation period. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations; no-shows may result in loss of deposit or future booking restrictions. Menu items are subject to availability and change.
