Special Menu Requests

Like for Like dishes from the Main Menu can be swapped with dishes on the Set Menus if requested before the date. If you have any vegetarians, vegans or guests with allergies we have a variety of options available for Pre-order before the night. We can also supply a smaller portion three-course menu for any children as well as providing high chairs if required. Discuss with us the options you would like for children.


Drinks Options

There are a variety of ways you can incorporate drinks packages to your event.

Drinks On Arrival
If you would like to treat your guests to their first drink, our staff can add any drinks to a tab & this can be paid at the end of the evening.

Table Wine
If you would like some red, white and/or rose wine during the meal we usually suggest one bottle between four or five guests. House wines are charged at £15.50 per bottle and any surplus wine that is pre-ordered but not used does not have to be paid for.

Sparkling Wine
Sparkling Prosecco is charged at £20.00 per bottle. One bottle will serve approximately six glasses & again any surplus wine that is pre-ordered but not used does not have to be paid for.


Reservations & Deposits

When you have a date for your booking we can provisionally hold large group bookings without deposit for maximum 7 days to give you time to confirm numbers & collect your deposit payments.

To confirm your reservation a deposit payment of £10.00 per adult is required. Deposit payments can only be refunded given 14 days minimum notice prior to the reservation (EXCLUDING FULL VENUE BOOKINGS).

Any outstanding balance can be paid on the evening and the responsibility lies with the person booking to ensure the full balance is paid. Deposit payments are not required for children under 16 years.

Deposit payments can be made by cash, cheque, credit card, debit card or via our website www.penninedining.com. Debit card payments can be made over the phone & a receipt posted or emailed to you. For phone bookings we can fill in the bookings form on your behalf.
