As proud supporters of the Armed Forces and our local community, The Pier View is honoured to play its part in this year’s Remembrance Sunday.
We’ll be opening early to welcome veterans, service personnel, families, and friends for a hearty breakfast before the service and parade. Enjoy a full English breakfast, freshly ground coffee, hot teas, and other refreshments in a relaxed setting — far enough from the town centre to escape the morning rush, yet only a short walk to the service.
It’s the perfect place to meet, share a meal, and gather your thoughts before heading to pay your respects.
After the parade, our sister venue, The Park View in Durrington, will once again be serving traditional Sunday roasts and glasses of port, continuing our long-standing tradition of honouring the day with warmth, respect, and good company.
